On Track Publishers
was founded in 2003 by Richard Steinbrenner for the purpose
of publishing books and media written by himself and other
authors engaged in preserving the history of the American
railroad industry. On Track currently has a series of books
in publication, preparation and planning on the history of
the American Locomotive Company, its roots, predecessors,
subsidiaries, licensees, and operations of its products up
to the present day. Two books are currently in publication,
and two more are in planning. In addition a series of videos
are planned to be released in the near future as DVDs.
More broadly On Track Publishers
is available to authors with similar historical interests
to edit manuscripts and bring them together for publication
under a variety of financial arrangements.
